Returns Within 7 Days

At DeAn Luxe, we prioritize your satisfaction and comfort. We offer returns within 7 days of your purchase, allowing you to return items if you are even slightly dissatisfied. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services.

Returning Your Purchase

Returning items to DeAn Luxe is straightforward:

1. Initiate a Return: Log in to your account, navigate to the “My Account” section, email us at Help@deanluxe.com, or call/text us at+1-332-252-3891 to request a return.
2. Schedule Pickup: We will arrange for our shipping partner to pick up the original DeAn Luxe garment from your location at a convenient time. Ensure the garment is unused and in good condition; only the main product needs to be returned.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to make the refund process seamless:

1. Refund Initiation: We initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned item.

2. Refund Methods via Shopify Payments:

   • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are processed back to your original payment card within 2 to 4 business days.
   • Shopify Balance: Refunds to your Shopify Balance account are processed immediately upon return processing.
   • Shop Pay Installments: If you used Shop Pay Installments, the refund will be applied to your outstanding balance.

Exchange Policy

To ensure the perfect fit, we offer a flexible exchange policy:

1. Exchange Initiation: We will dispatch your exchange shipment once we pick up the return.
2. Standard to Custom Size Exchange: Include a well-fitting garment along with your returned DeAn Luxe garment. Our courier will collect it, and we will tailor a new garment to your measurements, delivered within 4 to 7 days. Measurements will be saved for future orders.
3. Limitation: In a single order, you can either request a refund or an exchange, but not both.

Pick-Up of Item (1-2 Days)

After requesting a return, the item will be picked up from your location within 1 to 3 business days.

Warehouse Delivery (3-5 Days)

The item will be delivered back to our warehouse within 7 to 10 business days after pickup.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Expect to receive the refund shortly after warehouse confirmation.

Additional Charge for Returns

Exchanges are free of charge. However, returns incur a $10 fee to cover logistics and handling.

• Detailed Address: Ensure that you provide a complete and detailed address along with contact information to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

• We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• International Orders (UK, Canada, Australia): Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. DeAn Luxe is not responsible for these charges.
